The POSL would like to take this opportunity to reach out to you and let you know of some recent changes we have made to the Use Guidelines of The Bank of Missouri Soccer Complex. First, we want to assure you that these changes come because our complex is and will continue to be one of the best soccer complexes in Southeast Missouri and we are adamant that our efforts to keep it that way are priority to our organization.

Soccer leagues and teams are ever evolving in our area and we realize that there is a growing need for teams that play at a higher level than what the recreational program can offer. We also recognize that these teams need a place to practice and sometimes host friendlies/games. Therefore, we have come up with an option for the rental of field use at our complex. These rental rates allow our organization to collect funds to help offset the rising financial commitments that come from the increased wear and tear on the fields.

We do wish to take a minute and send a special Thank You to all of you who continue to support our recreational program all while investing time and finances into these additional opportunities. Your continued support of our program is very important to our community and the families in it and your commitment to the higher level opportunities that these other youngsters get to participate in is commendable!

Field Use Guidelines and Rental Rates

The POSL will supply a calendar on their website that can be used to determine availability along with the recreational league schedule and practice schedule (if applicable). The POSL will only provide the use of the field and equipment regularly on the field which includes 2 goals, 4 corner flags. The POSL will also make sure that the field has been lined if the rental is outside of our season when the fields are regularly lined. When using the fields, guests are asked to follow all complex rules posted at the complex and available on our website or from a POSL representative. Rentals will also be held to the same weather policies that the recreational league follows.

Bulk Practice Rental Rates

*Season rental rates will run on 6 month increments during the calendar year, starting in January 1st. Teams are allowed to use the fields when available according to the POSL recreational schedule and practice schedule (when applicable). This rental rate is strictly for practices conducted by the team and not for scheduled games. Scheduled games fall into the one-time use rental rate.

The Bank of Missouri Soccer Complex-Rules

Groups or organizations using the facility shall conform to all City and County ordinances, fire regulations, and Health and Safety Codes.

No firearms or weapons of any kind allowed on the facility grounds.

Speed Limit: 15 MPH

Do not park on grass areas.

Bicycles are not allowed on soccer fields.

Four wheelers, motorcycles, and/or other recreational vehicles are prohibited on grass areas of the complex unless operated by a POSL board member or individual given authorization by the POSL or the City of Perryville.

Pets brought to the park shale be on leaches before, during or after any event in the complex.

Alcohol is not allowed during a soccer event.

Smoking is not allowed on the fields and player sidelines. Smoking on or near the bleachers shall be done in a manner as to not disturb other fans.

It is prohibited for any person to engage in boisterous, threatening, abusive, insulting, indecent or profane language or to engage in any disorderly conduct or behavior leading to a breach of the public peace and enjoyment of the facility. The Complex Management reserves the right to remove, or have removed, any person(s) due to abusive conduct or non-cooperative attitude.

No persons shall sell, vend, peddle or distribute any merchandise or property whatsoever, or sell tickets or solicit contributions for political, religious, or other purposes within the boundaries of the facility, except as authorized by the Complex Management.

No person shall attach to the facility any materials, devices or equipment for the purpose of advertising or decorating the facility or for any other purpose without first obtaining the permission of the Complex Management.

The Complex Management reserves the right to cancel an event at any time due to inclement weather or any other condition deemed detrimental to the facility.
